Why yes, @Duncan, a gaming club for telekinetics sounds perfectly delightful! Were you thinking something like checkers? Or Candyland? Snakes and Ladders? You could move the pieces around on the board with your mind! That way even our non-psychic friends like @Tulove could play. Just sign up on the bulletin board outside my office and you can reserve a room.

Oh and I almost forgot. This Thursday at 3:30pm in Cucurbit Hall we'll be liberating the Anthropos from the World Egg. Bring an apron!

Though I'm still in traction from my riding accident I had a wonderful time at @Duncan's Telekinetic Gaming Club this week! Especially since I can't move so there was no other choice but for me to roll the dice and move the pieces with my mind.

I thought Risk was an excellent choice, but next time let's remember it's TELEkinetic Gaming Club, not PYROkinetic!!! There really wasn't much of the board left at the end.

Still, I think @Jeremy Brown won fair and square. And it was adorable seeing him leap around on his little frog legs.

Looking forward to next week!

Sincerely,

Why yes @CallMeEm we have a swim team! There's a great write up about our Psychic Synchronized Swimming squad on PsySports Today by @Bit Wrinkle.

Extrasensory Archery is now Saturdays at 10am, in the field behind the Old Corral. It used to be on Sundays but there was an unfortunate incident involving the Flying Horse Club so there were some scheduling changes.

And I'm so looking forward to @Duncan's Telekinetic Gaming Club tomorrow! What should we play? Bring your own game, or I'm breaking out my vintage Candyland!

Sincerely,

A. Hazeltine

Signups for Psychic Swim Team are in the Grotto, @CallMeEm. Just swim down to the bottom of the deep end of the pool in the Psyquatics Center and open the rusty hatch with the steering wheel thingie. Swim a bit farther and you'll pop right up in the swim team office.

Mind Baking 101 this Monday at 3pm in the Domestic Madness Home Ec Lab, @Bailey Kahn. The best chocolate chip cookies in nine dimensions. If I'm out of traction I'll see you there!

Sincerely,

I certainly enjoyed getting a bit of fresh air with the Extrasensory Archery Club this morning! Did I mention I went to state finals in E.A. when I was your age?

Anyway, even though the traction cage still limits my movements a great deal, I was still able to guide the arrow through the forest, across the yard, into the Spoonbender, and pierce the apple on top of @Marian Day's head. Yes I've still got it!

It was another invigorating day out on the Extrasensory Archery Field. Such beautiful weather! And I do so love being out there with you students. While I’m still in traction, they’ve figured out how to prop me up in a full standing position—it’s sort of a “ TRACtion suit“ ha ha get it? I still can’t move my arms and legs. Or head. But of course none of that’s really necessary for Extrasensory Archery now is it?

It was a bit embarrassing today when one of my arrows just refused to return. Off somewhere hiding in the woods. I don’t think this one’s shy, it just has an attitude. But I’m having quite a bit of trouble retrieving it.

“Here, Pierce! Come on home now! You’ve made your point. Here Piercy Piercy Piercy! Here Pierce!”

Why yes, @Abigail C, I think a necromancy club would be a wonderful idea! And long overdue—what with the Academic Necromancy Dept. temporarily closed due to the injunction by the Board of Dead Trade.

You can use the Crypt of Silent Splendor, located in the cellars beneath the administration building. Take a right and two lefts just past the Cavern of the Spongiform Unimind. Night access is through the storm doors around the back.

What a delightful day out on the Extrasensory Archery Field! While my mobility is still greatly restricted, the psychic med techs have made some wonderful enhancements to my traction suit, which now allows me to stroll on my own two exoskeleton encased legs! With just a little bit of amplification, my own brainwaves are enough to power and direct the suit. I may have crushed @Marian Day's foot a bit as we were lining up but she's such a dear she never complains about anything.

I do so miss my arrow, Pierce, ever so much. That naughty arrow. I really thought it would have returned by now. It pains me to think of it, shivering under some tree, its fletching all ragged, mud on the shaft. It's so sad to think of it so lost an alone.

I've set up the usual small shrines around the edge of the wood to call Pierce back. You take a tin can and cut a little door in it, then place little meaningful mementos of your life inside each one. Something that gives off your psychic scent. Hopefully some bit of it will waft into the woods and Pierce will come out to find it.

Summer is upon us students! And for those of you remaining on campus, that means more time for Psychic Student Activities!!

No doubt we'll be continuing many of our most popular activities, including of course my favorite: Extrasensory Archery. The psychic med techs continue to make improvements on my brainwave-powered traction suit, and I'm now able to get back and forth from the psychic archery field completely on my own. All the clanking sure does scare the birds away though I will tell you that!

As well as our already exciting roster of current activities, new clubs and activities are always welcome -- just be sure to sign up on the bulletin board outside my office with the ball point pen attached to the piece of yarn, and we'll make sure you're properly scheduled.

Sincerely,

A. Hazeltine

Yes @Alea Downton, I think a Gem Club would be an excellent way for our mineral-powered magic persons to keep their craft honed over the summer. What a wonderful idea!

You should use the Gemarium, which is situated in the cupola above the laundry facilities on the far side of the gym. And by lucky coincidence, there are exactly thirteen stations of the Gemarium, so you and each of your friends will have a seat around its famous roundtable made of petrified wood!

The Gemarium may need a little cleaning and dusting, however. There's a janitor's closet down the hall.

Enjoy!

Sincerely,
