Flesh-eating Entity Club - 5/13/2020 8:34pmWhy yes, @
Abigail C, I think a necromancy club would be a wonderful idea! And long overdue—what with the Academic Necromancy Dept. temporarily closed due to the injunction by the Board of Dead Trade.
You can use the Crypt of Silent Splendor, located in the cellars beneath the administration building. Take a right and two lefts just past the Cavern of the Spongiform Unimind. Night access is through the storm doors around the back.
Sincerely,

Extrasensory Archery Club - 5/9/2020 4:04pmIt was another invigorating day out on the Extrasensory Archery Field. Such beautiful weather! And I do so love being out there with you students. While I’m still in traction, they’ve figured out how to prop me up in a full standing position—it’s sort of a “ TRACtion suit“ ha ha get it? I still can’t move my arms and legs. Or head. But of course none of that’s really necessary for Extrasensory Archery now is it?
It was a bit embarrassing today when one of my arrows just refused to return. Off somewhere hiding in the woods. I don’t think this one’s shy, it just has an attitude. But I’m having quite a bit of trouble retrieving it.
“Here, Pierce! Come on home now! You’ve made your point. Here Piercy Piercy Piercy! Here Pierce!”
Extrasensory Archery Club - 5/2/2020 2:06pmI certainly enjoyed getting a bit of fresh air with the Extrasensory Archery Club this morning! Did I mention I went to state finals in E.A. when I was your age?
Anyway, even though the traction cage still limits my movements a great deal, I was still able to guide the arrow through the forest, across the yard, into the Spoonbender, and pierce the apple on top of @
Marian Day's head. Yes I've still got it!
Spring Activities Committee - 4/25/2020 6:52pmSignups for Psychic Swim Team are in the Grotto, @
CallMeEm. Just swim down to the bottom of the deep end of the pool in the Psyquatics Center and open the rusty hatch with the steering wheel thingie. Swim a bit farther and you'll pop right up in the swim team office.
Mind Baking 101 this Monday at 3pm in the Domestic Madness Home Ec Lab, @
Bailey Kahn. The best chocolate chip cookies in nine dimensions. If I'm out of traction I'll see you there!

CallMeEm we have a swim team! There's a great write up about our Psychic Synchronized Swimming squad on PsySports Today by @
Bit Wrinkle.
Extrasensory Archery is now Saturdays at 10am, in the field behind the Old Corral. It used to be on Sundays but there was an unfortunate incident involving the Flying Horse Club so there were some scheduling changes.
And I'm so looking forward to @
Duncan's Telekinetic Gaming Club tomorrow! What should we play? Bring your own game, or I'm breaking out my vintage Candyland!
Sincerely,

Spring Activities Committee - 4/18/2020 2:11pmThough I'm still in traction from my riding accident I had a wonderful time at @
Duncan's Telekinetic Gaming Club this week! Especially since I can't move so there was no other choice but for me to roll the dice and move the pieces with my mind.
I thought Risk was an excellent choice, but next time let's remember it's TELEkinetic Gaming Club, not PYROkinetic!!! There really wasn't much of the board left at the end.
Still, I think @
Jeremy Brown won fair and square. And it was adorable seeing him leap around on his little frog legs.
Looking forward to next week!

Spring Activities Committee - 4/6/2020 10:15pmWhy yes, @
Duncan, a gaming club for telekinetics sounds perfectly delightful! Were you thinking something like checkers? Or Candyland? Snakes and Ladders? You could move the pieces around on the board with your mind! That way even our non-psychic friends like @
Tulove could play. Just sign up on the bulletin board outside my office and you can reserve a room.
Oh and I almost forgot. This Thursday at 3:30pm in Cucurbit Hall we'll be liberating the Anthropos from the World Egg. Bring an apron!
Flying Horse Club - 4/4/2020 3:50pmWelcome @
Bailey Kahn! Here's something you might be interested in: Flying Horse lessons at the Old Corral start tomorrow, 10am. Etheric "god chaps" and psyboy hats provided, as well as carrots and sugar cubes for you to feed the ponies. Parachutes required for first-timers.
I've been riding flying horses since I was just a tot in Children's Circle (I ride Atlantean style, not English or Western) and will be attending as chaperone and co-lead rider. Complimentary lunch of beans and cornbread to be served on the Cloud 9 floating observation platform around noon.
Hope to see you there!
Sincerely,

Spring Activities Committee - 3/29/2020 11:47pmFollowing the Reality Accident, we learned that there's no better way to get those psychic juices moving again than PSYCHIC ACTIVITY! We also learned that uncontrolled psychic activity can lead to unhappy thoughts, resistance to following orders, unfulfilled longing, madness, mass hysteria, and large scale property damage.
That's why I've set up a bulletin board right outside my office in the administration building where we're asking you, the student bodies, to let us know exactly what kind of activities you' be most interested in taking part in. There's a little ball point pen tied to a piece of yarn that I've secured to the bulletin board with a thumb tack. Please use it to write in whatever activities you'd like! All suggestions considered!
Please note: you may drop by any time WHILE THE ADMINISTRATION BUILDING IS OPEN. After-hour visits will no longer be tolerated, as we've gone to great expense to install PsyEyes to roam the halls of the administration building at night. We keep the PsyEyes in their kennels during the day but let them loose to roll around the halls when the building is closed, absorbing dust, litter, feral non-psychic rats, and all other forms of intruders. So, please -- office hours only!
Sincerely,
A. Hazeletine

Black Swan - 3/21/2020 8:18pmWell, great. Thanks a lot everybody for NOT showing up at the Black Swan Dance.
There I was alone, at the door, ready with my dowsing rod to search all your little backpacks, and the chairs set up all around the hall, and even figured out how to connect my phone to the sound system and not one of you could take time out of your busy teenage lives to think about coming to the dance?
Do you think it's my JOB as Student Activities Director to just create events for you not to come to?
Fine. That just means you ALL missed the big surprise guest of the evening... THE BLACK SWAN itself!
I set the ritual up in the middle of the dance floor. I've done it MANY TIMES believe you me so I didn't need any of you there. The circles were made and the candles were lit and I turned on the ritual conjuring music.
That's right -- Rhiannon, by Fleetwood Mac.
And I was wearing all my best Stevie Nicks lace and chiffon, and performed the ritual poses, and the Black Swan took shape. Its long black neck, its giant wings, its big red beak.
And under the mirror ball, we danced.
She rules her life like a bird in flight and
Who will be her lover?
HONK! HONK! HONK!
The Black Swan likes to sing along.
I didn't pick up anything afterwards and just went home. Let @
Janitor Pete clean it up.
