Hello Students!

It's my most favorite time of the year -- when we are all given the freedom to express our true feelings to those we care most about! Whether they even notice can be a different affair, but I feel my sweetie @Seketus Reed's ice is just about to crack.

And it's the time for us all to express our appreciation, love, and respect for those around us. It doesn't have to be as romantic as Seketus and I's special relationship. Indeed, how could it be? But we can all find things to love about even the most banal people around us, and it's good to let them know. Once a year, anyway.

So this month, use this space to give a shout out to your most favorite students on campus and let them know how much they're appreciated. And why!

I'd like to give a shout out to my friend Heddy, because when we go to 7-11 together you can see your breath.

Where would I be without my all time bestie Mindy Mipturn?? <3

Mindy's got a heart of gold -- LITERALLY -- and boy has that gotten us out of some scrapes.

Joy Newsome deserves our appreciation.

Joy grew up in the evacuation zone near the big spill. People said they ought to leave, but Joy and her family and their 19 cats, 5 dogs, assorted birds and reptiles and one goat stayed put. Turns out their cats had kittens, their dogs had puppies, and their birds and reptiles laid eggs at unprecedented rates. And their goat got smart.

It probably has something to do with why Joy is so big, and we're sure happy to have her on the Psyhigh Basketball Team.

I met John through Astronomical Dating.

We're both thousands of years old.

I would like to recognize all the Spectralwraiths that came before me: Archie, Deimos, Belinda, Galatea, Janus, Kale, Thebe, Rhea, Cordelia, Proteus, Elara, Bianca, and forgive me for anyone I may have missed!

As one of a dozen petunia clone-kin, it's so gratifying to be accepted by such a great group of oxygen breathing omnivores. You guys really know how to throw a rager! Almost as good as back in the greenhouse. OOoopps not supposed to talk about that.

I appreciate the little fellas in the woods who run the bubble car service stations. Any time I'm out there flying the bubble car out over the woods and I got bubble car trouble like a puncture or a service light or maybe I just need a squeegee, I can drop on in at any one of their tree top stations and I can trust that I'll get the best bubble car service that's out there.
