Thanks to everyone who applied, and it was a really tough choice because you're all so talented, but we've put together the final team for our inaugural heist this Valentine's Day.

We've got @Wendy. Bullet Witch. and @Quinn Chastain-Anumi as our tanks. @Nobody for infiltration, @Sef the Magnificent to do the extraction, and a few other ringers lined up for special ops.

If you didn't make the list, don't fret! Every one of you are highly talented potential criminals, and there are plenty of important roles behind the scenes. @greepies will be handling the fence with his contacts, because we don't want to sit on the Heart of Psyhigh too long. Plus, he doesn't move very swiftly on dry land. @Ruby Rubella has offered to bake a cake, which we're all very excited about, but my apologies Ruby, I'm gluten-free. @Rubra will be working on costumes, and I'm sure would love some help in that department.

We'll be running through our dress rehearsals in the haunted parking garage for the next couple of days, where I'm sure we'll all get to know each other very well. For instance, @Nobody will learn that I'm actually a girl, not a boy! Call it PSYCHIC GENDER CRIME! And of course everyone in crime club is welcome to come watch and hang out. See you there!

I probably should have put this on my resume, but I have a thing about guns. I'm really not comfortable working with them, and if you're doing professional psychic crime, there is really no need for them.

So when @Wendy. Bullet Witch. uses a live Phoenix Dragon Bullet in @&#%%¥! dress rehearsal, and my black tails and top hat get singed and basically ruined, I think I have a valid concern, @Tammy Reins.

We're doing psychic CRIME. We're stealing a big, important thing people don't want to have stolen. Things could get hot. And messy. And if I need to use a magic bullet in the field, I need to know my teammates can deal with it.

So far, @Sef the Magnificent, you're not dealing.

Dear Somebody,
Dress rehearsals are very rigorous and hard going. Every time someone makes a teeny tiny mistake, we have to start all over from the beginning of the heist. We've been going at this all day and night, and part of next Wednesday's day and night, too. (@Tammy Reins thought we needed the extra practice time). I apologized to Tammy for the gender confusion, and she was very nice about the whole thing. But other than a few words exchanged at the beginning, no one else besides Tammy really talks to me and I'm pretty much invisible throughout the whole rehearsal. Which is good, because everyone else is terrifying.

@Sef the Magnificent and @Wendy. Bullet Witch keep clashing; there have been several Incidents which almost caused several Fights. Even when they're not fighting, they're pretty formidable on their own. @Quinn Chastain-Anumi is very egotistical and intimidating. If he catches you looking him in the eye instead of respectfully at the ground, he gets offended, and trust me, you don't want to see him offended. The others on the team are just as scary.

Its a good thing this is supposed to be well paying, because I'm almost completely out of sprinkles. And Emergency Stress Sprinkles. And Emergency Terrified Stress Sprinkles. I'm even almost out of Singing Candy Corn flavored sprinkles, which are surprisingly gross. Thankfully @Walls has been helping me calm down after practice, with games of Exploding Scrabble, which helps as much as sprinkles do. He's also offered to help keep an eye or seven on things.

But the fact remains... We still have one more day until the big heist.

I've been looking in on the dress rehearsals. Only for a couple minutes, to see if any cool is happening like a scuffle breaking out or if @Wendy. Bullet Witch. is using any Phoenix Dragon Bullets. She is very scary, but the bullets are quite beautiful.

Also, to check if @Nobody is okay and to deliver sprinkles on the hour. By the way, if CERTAIN PEOPLE'S attitudes towards CERTAIN crime club members don't improve, CERTAIN PEOPLE are gonna have to FIGHT ME-

I was going to open up the basement for a open board game club thing. I realised that, as much as I try, most of my board games don't get played very often. I also realised, when I went to put a poster on the door, that there is no door. It is blocked and obscured by piles of boxes. (With board games in). So the cleaning androids have been clearing a path between the door and the square of clear space in the middle. Where the couch is, and tables are (rectangular stacks of board games). It's chill. I get two more dimensions from the government this week, which means I can set up TWO lots of 10 dimensional chess!}

Are you serious?? 'Enraged' on a delayed explosion square? I'm on fire.

{You're right. Sigh, I'll call the dousing androids.}

*Projection disappears*

Psychic Crime Club - assume your positions.

Everyone needs to be as close as they can to the stage. @Sef the Magnificent will transport us all out along with the Heart. @Nobody and @Walls will help with defense and interference for Sef. @Wendy. Bullet Witch., easy on the trigger.

Oh. Wow.

Now I see. I SEE! The Heart, it's... it's... unimpeachablelipstickorange... it's... underneathmypinningmats... it's... everything...

All this time I wanted us to steal the Heart, to hide it, to sell it, to get rid of it.

But now that it's here, and I'm in it, I realize I wanted it all to myself.

Or to share... that's fine...

That's why I'm becoming a Caretaker. If I can just crawl into this stasis creche... and get comfy... ah, yes... and I hold the Heart in my mind, like a jewel, like this....

What, @Tammy Reins? Are we stealing this Heart or not? It is really... really, beautiful. It's like my mind is diamonds, a tunnel... of infinity... Ok, yes, I understand. And here's one of those cryo tubes, all open and cozy and waiting for me...

Seriously? And will Kireji, my magic gun, fit in one of those? Guess we'll see!

No no no this is all wrong... We were all in the hall getting ready, I was watching every exit, and then a huge monstrous hole opened up in the stage, and everyone stopped dancing... Stopped breathing... It was so silent in that moment, I swear everyone's hearts had stopped.

Then we saw it and... My projections were instantly dissipated and pulled back into the Walls. I has to focus on one thing, and one thing only. Nine glass cryopods, with tubes attached and wires connecting straight to the heart, but strangely, four were empty. I glimpsed the heart and... The pulsating, glittering, omniscient heart... I was overwhelmed with a sense of community, oneness, and love. Students eyes glazed over, and everyone started swaying...

Then @Tammy Reins started climbing into a cryopod.

Then @Sef the Magnificent.

And then pulled myself together, and sent out as many projection onto the dance floor. The instantly went slack and joined in with the swaying. I managed to divide the enormous pressure of the heart between the projections, so I could think somewhat clearly again, but I could still feel its inescapable presence. I tried to yell at @Wendy. Bullet Witch., but she couldn't hear me, and climbed into a pod herself.

Guys, stop, this is all wrong! You're giving up a year of your life rotting in cryosleep, being fed through tubes, your muscles and your mind degrading, consumed by the energy of the Heart!

You're going to miss out on everything, your family and friends, your classes and everything wonderful you would learn, the sunrise and sunset, music, running, dancing, the simple freedom of moving and having a physical body! Don't give this up!
