I am disgusted. The Dean has made the Psychic Student Rights Handbook a joke.

The addendum added just this week:

"All magical intellectual property created by students during their time at Psychic High School will be considered the property of Psychic High School. By attending Psychic High School you also hereby provide Psychic High School the rights to all other magical, psychic, mystic, arcane, parapsychological, mythic, and otherwise unusual work product created by you during the course of this lifetime, and lifetimes transmigrationally related, in perpetuity."

The school has rights to EVERYTHING I've ever done? Or will do?

By stealing my Catalog of Body Movements, and sharing it with the Mirror World, it's obvious the Dean is making a play to corner the reality market. And @miJ giB has been completely transparent about his plans. With both of them working together - and using the power of the Catalog - there's literally nothing they won't own. Every single moment we use is described and captured in that book. And now the Dean and @miJ giB can capture us inside all those moments.

DON'T look in the mirrors. DON'T allow yourselves to be reflected. And whatever you do, DON'T engage in any of the body movements that you usually use. For instance, I'm typing this while standing on one foot. Then, I'm going to walk sideways to my room, sit down on the carpet, and sleep with one arm on a chair. I strongly encourage you to do the same.

It's true I had to put it in a mirror to read it. But "special arrangement?" No one mentioned anything to me about a "special arrangement." The only thing "special" about it was that the Dean was going to keep the Catalog of Body Movements safe. He has no permission to do anything with it. IT IS NOT HIS. What is going on, @Big Jim??!!!

All the body movements in the catalog are organized into 7 major categories - squat, lunge, hinge, push, pull, rotate, and walk - and paired with seven different animal forms - squirrel, cat, dog, raven, goldfish, cricket, and snake - as well as seven different technology types - construction, communication, transportation, medical, agricultural, manufacturing and power. They are all baked in to the seven day calendar. Life is a giant beanstalk made by stacking them all up, weaving them all together into the braid that is the raw material of time.

But why would the Mirror World be interested? Shouldn't they have their own version? Created by a mirror me? And wouldn't mine be all backwards for their needs?

Something doesn't add up.

It's probably safer for The Catalog of Body Movements to be locked up by the school. Our school, that is, not Mirror World Psyhigh. But frankly it worries me. It's too dangerous for any single authority to control.

With every set of body movements that make up each day all in one book, it's like the operating manual for life. Every moment is catalogued. It's a periodic table for the components of time itself.

I always intended to go open source with it. Share it with everybody, and no single power could use it to control everyone. Now I wonder if I ever should have created it in the first place.

Until this all gets sorted out, everybody should just go about their daily routines, and don't think about the series of preprogrammed motions you're going through. Don't reflect on it. And definitely don't do them in front of a mirror!!!

It's my Catalog of Body Movements that the Mirror World wants so bad. That's the source of all this brouhaha.

At Psyhigh my focus has been House Magic - the study of how our movement through our "houses" is key to the psycho-magical fabric of time. It's the movement of our bodies through time that creates our reality. "Into this house we're born, Into this world we're thrown" as the poet said.

So, I've just completed my catalog, which is a definitive listing of all major and minor body movements as they relate to the technology around us. So, using a broom, or a vacuum, there's a certain dance the body does. That's in my catalog. Sitting in a chair. Using a toaster. Typing on a laptop. You name it, it's in there - every single body movement (or set of movements that make up a specific experiential total to achieve an aim) you take from the time you wake up till the time you go to bed, all in an easy to read and look up format.

You can see why the Mirror World would be so interested.

Ok there are pods and then there are pods, as I'm sure you know, @Adetokunbo 9. But for people coming late to the thread:

1) Pods as the revival pods, or sleeping pods, or stasis pods - the devices that our consciousnesses are retrieved from before we're re-instantiated.

2) Pods as your cohort in Children's Circle. Like a family of Orca.

So, in terms of the second definition, at this point it's impossible to say if those people you connect with in a special way were necessarily part of your pod, or if they just share the same enculturated behaviors and programmed cues that you do because they were in Children's Circle at large (but not necessarily in attendance at the same meta-facility as you were).

Definitive identification of pod-mates is so far impossible, but it's certainly something I think we should continue to consider.

The Bubble Room (sometimes referred to as The Tiny Bubble Room) is one of those pre-resuscitation stages, @Amelia Handpie. We start to regain consciousness while still in the stasis pods, and when they're stacked or stored in a big group it can look like you're surrounded by bubble wrap.

That was totally Children's Circle, @Adetokunbo 9. What you're remembering is the waking process from the Deep Sleep Tubes. We sleep for light years before getting defrosted and installed.

Does anybody know how to get a copy of their Children's Circle graduation certificate? I'm applying for summer internships and some people are asking.
