So it turns out the key to getting a whole herd of giant spiders to live together peaceably is to start ‘em young! If a bunch of baby spiders grow up but never leave the web, they can get real social. So I’ve been visiting a bunch of giant spider breeders looking at broods. The dance is in just a week!

The trick about spider wrangling is to start with the small ones. You can find a spider in your house! But don't worry, the big ones you can ride only live in caves in the country like the hills or the old west. Or maybe under a city.
