I been trying to do astral projection can't seem to focus to well no matter how much I try but then again it maybe that I play to many games or my sleep is way off sure be nice tho to astral projection seems like it be neat

have everything go wrong in your life until your soul is so broken it is forced to momentarily (or permanently) leave your physical body as an escape from the horror of existing in such a morbidly depressing reality that you can never repair

Is that how you do it? I normally just lay down somewhere (birdbath in my case) and allow the white noise to shroud me until I can see myself, well, seeing myself.

But to each their own, I suppose. Whatever works.
