• Parents wanted the habitat to themselves
• Escape threat of political assassination back home

Reasons why my parents wanted me out of the habitat module:

• More comfortable work-from-home environment for controlling the universe
• Have wild work parties
• Easier to conduct their own sordid affairs
• Habitat is mobile

Challenges in my precog classes:

• Hard finding grounded state
• Dreams don't exactly match reality
• Unpredictability
• I have no idea what is going to happen next

Why I am under threat of assassination on my homeworld:

• Dictator parents show no mercy to the oppressed
• "Heir to the throne" complex
• Ancient blood cravings built into our DNA
• Masses are still upset about my breakup with L.J.

Things I miss most about my parent's mobile habitat module:

• Immersive VR for anything you can think of
• Cleaning drones
• Ability to instantaneously move the habitat anywhere in the 77 Regions
• The sound of it when my parents were not home

The precog class I'm in is called "How the Future Works" and how it works is this:

• Worry that I'm going to do something wrong
• Forgetting that I'm going to do something wrong
• Doing the thing wrong
• PRECOG!

Taking a long hard look at my options:

• Legal battle in my homeworld courts challenging my parent's legitimacy to Twin God-emperor Throne

• Organize my army of followers back home into a revolutionary fighting force. Note: requires access to a large number of weapons that I do not currently have.

• Actually study for my Pre-cog finals or risk failing out of school. But doesn't the fact I need to study for a Pre-cog test prove I'm already doomed?
